    The lack of a proper spa area is a letdown. You've got a sauna and treatments, but if you're looking for a jacuzzi or steam room, you'll be disappointed. The corner room placement near staff areas wasn't ideal, as morning workers created noise disruptions. Rooms feel a bit overpriced relative to other local options, and there's nothing particularly special about the decor-definitely more geared toward business than leisure.

    The airport collection was excellent, as the representative waited patiently while I searched for a missing suitcase. My King Room was notably quiet and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. I enjoyed fresh vegetables during meals and appreciated that leftovers were packed for lunch the next day. While the staff at the reception and the concierge were friendly, the overall dining experience at the Oriental restaurant was just okay. Some areas of the hotel could use updates to match the five-star quality expected here.
